The ability to work effectively with operational managers and teams is also essential.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £64,000 per annum, along with generous leave entitlement (up to 31 days per year), flexible working options, access to professional development and career progression opportunities, and a supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
