Hays Social Care is seeking an experienced Registered Adult Service Manager to join our team in South East London. This is an excellent chance to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities and complex physical needs.

About the Job

You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional support, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care. This includes motivating and coaching staff, overseeing transitions, managing rotas, support plans, and budgets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional support to adults with learning disabilities and complex physical needs.
  • Motivate and coach staff to provide high-quality care.
  • Oversee transitions, manage rotas, support plans, and budgets.
Requirements
  • A passion for enhancing service provision for individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Experience working with CQC regulations and delivering safe, high-quality services.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, with a focus on practice leadership.
  • The ability to balance safety and positive risk-taking.
  • Knowledge of Positive Behavioural Support principles and person-centred care.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets effectively.
  • A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (desirable).
