Culinary Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Culinary Support Specialist to join our team at Chartwells. This is a full-time position, contracted to 40 hours per week. You will work alongside a team that takes pride in their food, brand, and people.
About the RoleAs a Culinary Support Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food that delights our clients and customers. Your duties will include maintaining a clean kitchen environment, ensuring proper use of equipment, assisting with deliveries, and representing Chartwells in a positive light.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare delicious, high-quality food that meets our standards
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Ensure proper use of all machinery and equipment
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and supply vehicles
- Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image
- Demonstrate ability to manage pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Show excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Have a committed and organized approach to your work
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
