About the Role

As an Executive Culinary Specialist at PGL, you'll be responsible for providing first-class nutritious meals for our many hungry guests without the pressure of menu creation or sourcing ingredients from scratch. You'll work closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless food preparation, cooking, stock ordering & organisation, cost control & coaching of junior team members. With limited late nights, Friday or Saturday evening off most weeks, and no working over Christmas, this role offers a perfect balance between work and personal life.

Requirements
  • A strong background in high-volume catering, ideally gained in a similar environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of food hygiene & handling allergen and dietary requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills, managing your own time and workload effectively - working well under pressure.
  • Ideally hold a Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering.
