About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Director to join our team at Reed Hospitality & Leisure.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating innovative menus, managing kitchen operations, and leading a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development: Create and update menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current food trends.
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes consistently, ensuring presentation and taste meet the restaurant's standards.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service.

Salary: £31,000 per annum
