Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Food Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking fresh food in large volumes, developing and implementing new recipes, and leading a team of chefs. You will also be involved in menu planning and cost control, working closely with our events team to ensure seamless execution of catering services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook wholesome, fresh food in large volumes.
• Develop and implement new recipes to ensure menu variety and quality.
• Lead a team of chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
• Collaborate with our events team to develop and execute catering menus for special occasions.
What We Offer:
