Job Description:

As an Operational Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our Site/Account Manager in their duties. This includes ensuring cleaners are trained and records are maintained effectively.

You will be responsible for liaising with customers/client as and when required, undertaking your own cleaning duties, and covering cleaning as needed. Additionally, you will supervise employees to ensure specified cleaning and work standards are maintained at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
