Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and composed individual who can work on a 1:1 basis with students who require additional support. The successful candidate will provide general classroom support, contribute to a positive school environment, and have opportunities for progression onto our Future Teachers Programme.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must be able to manage challenging behaviour and situations, show a patient and understanding attitude towards all students' needs and circumstances, and bring an ambitious personality to the school environment. A Psychology graduate or relevant experience is required, and prior knowledge of behaviour management techniques is desirable. You will also need to possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with other staff members.
