About the Role: Tripod Partners is currently recruiting for dedicated Educational Psychologists to support their partners in local authorities across England. This challenging and rewarding position comes with flexible working arrangements and attractive remuneration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out thorough assessments to identify the educational and developmental needs of children and young people
  • Partner with schools, parents, and various teams to create and implement tailored support plans
  • Offer authoritative advice on how to implement effective interventions for promoting emotional wellbeing, behaviour management, and learning
  • Produce detailed reports to inform EHCPs and other tailored strategies
  • Support schools and local authorities in adopting best practices

Job Requirements:

  • Full registration with the HCPC as an Educational Psychologist
  • Significant experience working in educational settings, including statutory assessments
  • Strong report-writing and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively

Compensation Package: This role attracts a competitive daily rate of £500-700, dependent on the local authority, with the possibility of umbrella or PAYE payment options. Based on a standard full-time schedule, the estimated annual salary range is £42,000 - £70,000, assuming annual increments of 3%
