As a Home Care Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized care plans, managing medication, and assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will work collaboratively with our team to identify customer needs and preferences, and develop strategies to promote their independence and well-being.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour, paid fuel at 35p per mile, and flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle. You will also receive comprehensive training and induction, including the Care Certificate, to ensure you feel confident and prepared for your role.
