Home Care Support Worker

We are seeking a Home Care Support Worker to join our team in North Northumberland. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential care and support to vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, companionship, medication prompting, food and drink preparation, shopping, and accessing local community services. We strive to deliver high-quality care that enables our customers to live independently.

About the Role
This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with people, are compassionate, and can work independently. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will visit customers in their own homes, providing tailored care and support to meet their individual needs. You will also maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
A UK driving licence and a reliable vehicle are required for this role. We also require you to be available to work weekends, including evenings. Salary: £13.00 per hour (inclusive of travel time), £12.50 per hour for travel only, and 35p per mile for fuel costs.
