About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care, practical tasks, and medication management, while promoting independence and dignity for our clients.

No prior experience in social care is required, but you must possess a genuine desire to care for others and demonstrate compassion and empathy in your interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Monitor client well-being and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
