Support Care Assistant

We are seeking a Support Care Assistant to join our team at Careline Homecare, a leading provider of home care and support services. As a Support Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Job OverviewIn this rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities- Providing direct care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks
- Preparing meals and snacks for clients
- Accompanying clients on outings and providing social support
- Participating in ongoing assessment and evaluation of clients' needs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in social care or a related field (training provided for the right candidate)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
We offer a competitive salary of $12.54 per hour plus 45p mileage, plus a range of benefits, including:
