Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver personal care to our residents, including assistance with washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • To support residents with daily activities such as eating, sleeping, and socializing.
  • To communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
