Job Title: Residential Care Assistant
We are seeking a caring and supportive individual to join our team as a Residential Care Assistant. This role will involve working directly with residents to provide person-centred care services, promoting their independence, dignity, and choice.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, and possess a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable individuals.
Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- To work directly with residents to provide person-centred care services
- To promote and encourage residents' independence, dignity, and choice within their home or residential setting

Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., health and social care)
- Experience working in a care environment, preferably with vulnerable adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
