Residential Care Lead

As a Deputy Manager at our Residential Care Home, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals who strive to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse RGN or RMN with experience of working within a care home to take on a key leadership role and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development of care plans that meet individual resident needs and preferences.
- Liaise with external agencies to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to maintain high standards of care and adherence to regulatory requirements.
