As a Night Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that each resident receives the best possible care and attention. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering person-centred care to meet residents' personal, nutritional, social, and emotional care needs, providing an appropriate level of assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing and dressing, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of residents' care plans and medical history. Key requirements for the role include:

* A strong background in care and support work

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary: £65 per hour. Benefits include 31 days holiday prorated (including bank holidays enhancements), overtime shift options, maternity, paternity, and adoption leave, long service recognition, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, free parking, and discounts available with certain car manufacturers.
