Residential Care Leader

We are looking for an experienced nursing home manager to lead our care teams in Northumberland and Newcastle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained, while also driving business growth and expansion.
A competitive salary of £55-60k per annum is on offer, as well as various incentives. We are committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities, to help you achieve your career goals.
The ideal candidate will have a DBS check and NMC PIN with no restrictions, as well as a strong understanding of the care sector and its challenges. They will also have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team.
