Job Description: Residential Support Worker
Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of others? We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Residential Support Worker to join our team at BEN-Motor and Allied Trades Benevolent Fund.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care services to residents, supporting them to maintain their independence, dignity, and choice.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a high level of empathy and understanding.
The successful candidate will have the following salary range: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing support and assistance with daily living tasks
- Encouraging residents to participate in activities and engage with others
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
