We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Domestic Support Worker to join our team at Birch Hill care Centre in the UK.

About the Role
  • Assist in delivering high-quality, customer-focused cleaning and support services within designated premises.
  • Clean customer accommodation and communal spaces to a high standard, meeting customer and colleague requirements.
  • Prepare areas for food service, serve meals, and clear away after service.
  • Maintain supplies for refreshments and assist with laundry services as needed.
  • Participate in quality assurance programs and report equipment faults to the Support Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities

As a Domestic Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for residents and staff.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Contributing to the implementation of quality assurance programs and identifying areas for improvement.
