The Role:
- To provide personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- To assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, drinking, and mobility.
- To promote independence, dignity, and choice for residents.
- To work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure high-quality care services.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A caring and compassionate approach to working with vulnerable adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, as well as access to our employee benefits package.
