Care Home Manager Position

An exceptional care home in Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland is seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join their team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible standards of care and enhancing the resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver special experiences to residents, promoting choice and independence.
  • Achieve the highest possible standards of care and enhance the resident experience.
  • Work with the Home Manager to implement care home policies around staff welfare and training.
  • Develop personal contact with residents, their relatives, and visitors to enhance their quality of life.
  • Deputise in the overall management of the care home, including production of reports and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately.
  • Experienced in quality and clinical governance programmes.
