Key Accountabilities:

  • Safeguard pupils' emotional and educational well-being
  • Develop and implement targeted interventions to address specific learning needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
  • Participate in lesson planning and preparation to enhance pupil engagement

Essential Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS clearance (Update Service recommended)
  • A relevant Childcare-based qualification (desired but not mandatory)
  • Proven ability to foster positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and families
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and demands

The estimated salary range for this position is £22,000-£32,000 annually, contingent upon experience.
