The role involves spearheading operational improvements, managing candidate interactions, workflow consistency, and process optimization to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure data accuracy and system compliance.
  • Generate regular recruitment metrics, dashboards, and performance reports; analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates by managing timely communications, interview scheduling, and follow-up processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, to streamline workflows and ensure operational support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a recruitment operations capacity with expert knowledge navigating HR systems, excel, data, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
