Pinnacle Pet UK is a leading pet partnership business in the UK, with a mission to strengthen the bond between pets and their parents. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Improvement Specialist to join our team.

This exciting opportunity will involve designing and redesigning customer journeys and end-to-end processes to enhance customer experience, growth, efficiency, and current strategic goals. As a key member of our Process Re-engineering team, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Able to quickly understand business objectives and priorities, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Data and Innovation, Marketing, Operations, Projects, Actuary, Data Analytics, and IT, to deliver tangible benefits. With your expertise in Agile environments and ability to map entire value chains, you will play a critical role in shaping our business strategy.

About the Role

  • Facilitate scoping and business priority-setting for change initiatives, including discovery and analysis of requirements.
  • Design and redesign of customer journeys and end-to-end processes to support enhanced customer experience, growth, efficiency, and current strategic goals.
  • Apply industry standard modelling and analysis tools, methods, and standards.

What You Will Need

  • Proven experience in business analysis and (re)design of customer journeys and end-to-end processes with delivery of tangible benefits.
  • Able to understand business models, processes, and an entire value chain and to map them.
  • Used to gaining insights from data.
