Senior Process Improvement Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Transformation Project Manager to join our team at arvum-senior-living.oasisrecruit - Jobboard. As a seasoned professional, you will lead a dynamic finance transformation project within a venture-backed technology business.
Your primary duties will involve:
- Designing the end-state system landscape and ensuring high-level requirements are met.
- Liaising with cross-functional teams to create design deliverables, including user stories.
- Coordinating change approvals to ensure alignment with the agreed-upon design.
- Fostering collaboration among stakeholders through regular reviews of deliverables.
- Providing support to build and test teams to ensure design traceability.
To succeed in this role, you should have 7-10 years of experience in integrated processes, preferably within a consulting environment. You should also possess strong project management skills, hands-on finance experience, and the ability to coach and develop team members.
Estimated salary: £155000 per annum. Bonus and great benefits included.
