Essential Employment is seeking a Senior Operations Improvement Manager to join their team in North West London.

We are offering a competitive salary of £25,480 per annum.

The role will involve collaborating with senior leadership to define service visions and streamline processes. This includes assessing and documenting 'as-is' workflows to identify gaps and opportunities, using data and insights to inform and influence change, communicating impacts of service and process changes, and providing fact-based improvement recommendations.

The ideal candidate will be able to develop visualisations to present complex information clearly and lead continuous improvement activities. They will also be responsible for managing project scopes, plans, and resources, proactively managing risks, issues, and project budgets, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

In addition, the Senior Operations Improvement Manager will supervise and mentor teams without direct line management authority and ensure compliance with change governance frameworks.
