**Job Description:**

Ipkconsulting is seeking an experienced Operations Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our consulting group, you will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

In this role, you will work closely with clients across various industries, providing expert guidance and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with clients to optimize existing processes and enhance productivity.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations improvement or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Salary:** $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
