Strategic Operations Improvement Manager

Job Description:As an Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving step-change improvements across our Global Solutions and Risk Compliance space. You will be responsible for leading identified initiatives, projects, and opportunities within the Operations Risk Compliance vertical.
The ACES team is committed to developing your career through progression to senior roles within the team or challenging leadership positions in ORC.
Main Responsibilities:- You will design solutions to address gaps, considering pros and cons, short-term and long-term implications, and upcoming external changes.
- You will rollout programs across the organization, track compliance, and ensure effective training and onboarding processes.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science-based subject- You should have relevant project and people management experience in Business Consulting, compliance, operations, or Supply Chain.
- You should have experience in operational, process, and performance improvement projects, including process mapping and re-design.
- You should have experience across the full project lifecycle, from analysis to implementation.
- You should have experience in complex change management projects involving skeptical stakeholders.
- An MBA would be advantageous.
