About the Role

We are looking for a Business Process Improvement Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for driving process improvements across the organisation and ensuring the smooth running of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements across the organisation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives.
  • Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Analyse data to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Implement solutions for streamlining processes and enhancing overall department performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
