Business Process Improvement Manager

We are looking for a Business Process Improvement Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for driving process improvements across the organisation and ensuring the smooth running of operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements across the organisation.
- Lead cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives.
- Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
- Analyse data to identify areas for process improvement.
- Implement solutions for streamlining processes and enhancing overall department performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
