Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Improvement Lead with a strong background in insurance data analysis and software development. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst within Insurance and Data Analytics.

About the Job
As a Business Process Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks within our insurance operations, developing data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with data analytics tools and technologies, including SQL and Excel. Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum is highly desirable. Additionally, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.

Benefits
