Strategic Business Process Improvement Specialist

The Consultancy Group is seeking a skilled Strategic Business Process Improvement Specialist to support their client on a gap assessment task. This may lead to a longer-term contract to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough gap assessments of business processes and operating models to establish a baseline.
- Shadow client-side analysts to identify strengths and weaknesses, and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze survey data to inform process improvement initiatives.
- Expertise in process mapping, particularly for tech-enabled or IT-based processes.
- Ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations highlighting gap analysis findings.
- Strong Excel skills for comprehensive data analysis.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a consultancy environment.
- Background in back office banking or insurance would be advantageous but not essential.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
