At Opex Selection, we are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our team as a Lean Operations Consultant. This is a permanent career opportunity with excellent prospects for growth and development.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative individual with experience in implementing process improvement and lean deployment within financial services or transactional services organisations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of applying Lean and/or Six Sigma methodology to drive efficient processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Implement process improvement and lean deployment initiatives across various business units.
  • Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate calibre individual with a high level of business acumen and excellent communication and engagement skills. They will also possess a strong understanding of Lean and/or Six Sigma principles and methodologies.

Requirements
  • Experience of implementing process improvement and lean deployment within financial services or transactional services organisations.
  • Proven ability to apply Lean and/or Six Sigma methodology to drive efficient processes.
  • Graduate calibre with a high level of business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills.
