About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Amazon UK Services Ltd. in London or Dunstable. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in streamlining and elevating our processes to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize existing Amazon Flex processes, including scheduling, labor planning, routing, and forecasting.
  • Partner with WW Flex teams to understand common challenges and identify opportunities to collaborate with tech teams to build automated tooling and solutions.
  • Run observations and audits to identify areas for process enhancement and recommend changes to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain, transportation, or economics.
  • Advanced data-related skills, including Excel, Python, and SQL.
  • Relevant experience in using data to influence business decisions and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Valid Full UK Driving License.
