About the Role

The EU Amazon Customer Excellence System team (ACES) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives across the EU Operations network.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement process improvement plans to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the EU Operations network.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
  3. Design and implement process metrics and training materials to ensure high process standards.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with WW teams to share knowledge and best practices.
  5. Work closely with the extended EU ACES team to define and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  1. Completed Bachelor Degree (Math, Engineering, Science, Business).
  2. Large scale, cross-functional project management experience.
  3. Proficient in training & coaching Lean Six Sigma principles.
  4. Demonstrable problem-solving, mathematic, and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment.
  5. Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau or Microsoft Access.

The Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES) team plays a critical role in orchestrating cross-functional technology and continuous improvement projects from scoping and design through to test and rollout of final solutions.
