About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Amazon UK Services Ltd. in London or Dunstable. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in streamlining and elevating our processes to drive efficiency and productivity within the Amazon Flex business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize existing Amazon Flex processes, including scheduling, labor planning, routing, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement new tools and reporting to drive business results, leveraging your skills with data, Excel, Python, SQL, and more.
  • Partner with WW Flex teams to understand common challenges and identify opportunities to collaborate with tech teams to build automated tooling and solutions.
A Day in the Life

As a Process Improvement Manager, you'll be at the forefront of making Amazon's logistics better – improving safety, productivity, and quality. You'll run observations and audits to identify where processes could be enhanced, recommend changes, and use your project management and stakeholder management skills to put new processes in place.

Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain, transportation, economics, or a technical field.
  • Advanced data-related skills, including Excel, Python, SQL.
  • Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
  • Valid Full UK Driving License.
