About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our Compliance Operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying business process challenges through data analysis and collaboration with stakeholders. You'll also work closely with key stakeholders and the Head of 1LOD Compliance Operations to define and implement the required processes to operationalise a successful 1LOD function.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance Compliance Operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business process challenges
- Design and implement process outlines, flowcharts, and implementation procedures
- Work closely with the Head of 1LOD Compliance Operations to ensure successful process implementation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Compliance Operations with a strong understanding of 1LOD and 2LOD framework and responsibilities
- 1-2 years of process excellence experience, ideally managing processes and projects across multiple global units
- Experience in developing and designing process outlines, flowcharts, and implementation procedures
- Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
