Nexere Consulting is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with strong expertise in People Change and Organisational Design to lead our Finance Transformation programme. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing Target Operating Models (TOM) within a Transformation programme, preferably in the insurance or Investment Management / Wealth Management sectors.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing business process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Leading stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure successful programme delivery
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address organisational design challenges

Requirements include:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement business process improvements
  • Proven experience in Transformation programmes, with a focus on People Change and Organisational Design
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
