Process Improvement Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage centralised cyclical processes to ensure timely and accurate information delivery to business leaders, managers, and colleagues.
- Enable end-to-end processes by setting up relevant reporting, systems, and tools, and testing to meet requirements and deliver a seamless colleague experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to standardise and simplify processes, enhance the colleague experience, and promote self-service.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to discuss process plans, timelines, and gather feedback on user experience and stakeholder needs.
- Coordinate processes in partnership with offshore third-party shared services support and act as a tier 3 agent for complex queries.
- Evaluate and maintain people processes to ensure they are effectively governed, documented, maintained, compliant, fit for purpose, and future-proofed.
About This Role
This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced Process Improvement Specialist who wants to make a real impact at Currys, the UK's biggest recycler and repairer of tech. As a Global Process Owner, you will be responsible for managing centralised cyclical processes, ensuring that business leaders, managers, and colleagues have the right information at the right time. You will work closely with HR Business Partners to drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardise processes, enhancing the colleague experience and promoting self-service. In this role, you will also coordinate processes in partnership with offshore third-party shared services support and act as a tier 3 agent for complex queries.
Key Skills & Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
- A proven track record of managing HR processes within a large organisation.
- Strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating with third-party services and managing complex queries.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Incredibly organised with an eye for detail.
- Able to work effectively either independently or with some ambiguity.
- Able to prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines.
- Relevant HR System Experience (SAP, SuccessFactors) is desired.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
