Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist to support the implementation of critical to process improvement projects within our client's Engineering Team. This role will involve developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance safety, efficiency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance with workplace health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Design, implement, and monitor process improvements
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes
- Preparation and presentation of technical reports and documentation
- Maintenance of EHS, quality, and environmental responsibilities and standards in line with Company guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Process Engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Health and Safety awareness desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and team working abilities
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Experience of Six Sigma working practices preferred but not essential
