Job Title: Manufacturing Process Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at Hunter Selection. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for measuring data and designing processes to improve productivity in our injection moulding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Measuring data through assessing industrial processes
* Implementing and developing practices, routines and solutions to help improve productivity and product quality
* Designing and running process simulations, performing risk assessment testing to eliminate time and cost constraints
* Devising, implementing and testing new strategies to help optimise productivity
* Analysing data to discover areas that need improvements and upgrades
* Assessing compliance and adherence to safety and quality standards and reporting to higher management about their findings and proposals

Requirements:

* Experience of injection moulding and tooling processes essential
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
