Process Improvement Manager

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business process analysis and management, with a strong background in process reengineering and workflow optimization. You will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and focus groups to engage stakeholders and drive consensus. Strong MS Office and Visio skills are essential, with experience in digital process mapping tools desirable.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience. The hybrid working arrangement includes 2-3 days in office, London-based.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Process or a related field. Additionally, they will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering process improvements that result in measurable cost savings and efficiency gains.
