Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage insurer relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Assist with appraisals and disciplinary procedures
  • Implement training and development programs
  • Handle HR queries and provide guidance on company policies
  • Assist with workload allocation and resource planning

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in operations management
  • Strong understanding of commercial and personal lines insurance
  • Knowledge of HR practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
