Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage insurer relationships and negotiate contracts
- Assist with appraisals and disciplinary procedures
- Implement training and development programs
- Handle HR queries and provide guidance on company policies
- Assist with workload allocation and resource planning
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in operations management
- Strong understanding of commercial and personal lines insurance
- Knowledge of HR practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
