**Job Title:** Process Improvement Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our CCDS team, driving process improvements, and developing future versions aligned with our evolving business needs.


**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead ongoing process improvements based on feedback and related enhancements.
  • Develop and implement metrics to support programme requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end users, including Programme Teams, Deliverable Assessors, and Cross-Functional Business Areas.
  • Identify opportunities for future development to reduce manual activities.
  • Maintain and develop comprehensive documentation to support the infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have outstanding communication and presentation skills, a deep understanding of the Commodity Creation Delivery System, and extensive experience working collaboratively to deliver process and people-related objectives.

**Compensation Package:** £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience.
