Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to focus on the Pharma/Biotech space, supporting our ambitious growth plans. This opportunity brings fast track career progression in a culture dedicated to personal growth and success.

The successful candidate will report into one of our Sales Managers, enjoying clear reporting lines, immediate support, and reduced bureaucracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle in Pharma and Biotech, maintaining constant contact with candidates and clients
  • Engage with clients and candidates daily, building relationships and generating leads
  • Act as an ambassador for Mantell Associates, understanding the importance of each interaction in building our brand and network
  • Monitor the wider market closely, demonstrating curiosity to unearth business leads and market information
  • Headhunt top industry talent for high-level vacancies across our client base
Requirements
  • A proven track record (2 years +) in Pharmaceutical & Biotech recruitment
  • Experience in Clinical/Medical recruitment preferred
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and cultures
  • Ambitious, reliable, punctual, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Resilience, adaptability, and perseverance in a fast-paced business environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation
  • Based in London or with a commutable journey
