Area Sales Manager

Undisclosed is looking for an experienced Sales Manager for Capital Equipment to join their team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling high-end machine tool solutions to clients in the aerospace, medical, and F1 markets. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and capital equipment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its needs.

This is a remote role, with the opportunity to work from home and visit customer sites across the North of England. You will be responsible for managing your own diary and prospecting through calls and emails to identify new business opportunities. The role will involve a 50/50 split between business development and account management.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, with a proven ability to build relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities. You will also have a strong understanding of the capital equipment industry and its needs, with a ability to communicate complex technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  1. Selling high-end machine tool solutions to clients in the aerospace, medical, and F1 markets
  2. Working remotely and visiting customer sites across the North of England
  3. Managing a portfolio of clients and identifying new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach
