We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in technical sales, particularly in the medical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex negotiation with multiple stakeholders, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for ensuring that specifier and customer needs are met on time and right first time.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing support and encouraging our EMEA distribution partners, including international travel to assist resellers in closing big ticket capital sales into major operating theatres across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Our company is a privately-owned manufacturer and solutions provider within the medical manufacturing industry, offering a diverse range of products from power supplies to operating theatre lighting and complete integrated operating theatre solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously and remotely, developing positive relationships with customers and distributors based upon credibility and mutual respect. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with buyer trends and procurement channels.
We offer a competitive salary between £35,000 - £45,000 basic, with an OTE of £60,000 - £90,000, as well as an excellent car allowance, pension scheme, private healthcare, and home office benefits.
