- About the Role
- This is an exciting opportunity to join Arqiva as an IT Workplace Manager, responsible for the UK IT Workplace team in Digital Enterprise Platforms.
- Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for management, and support of 1600+ end users across 20+ UK sites, Northern Ireland, and Paris.
- Ensure the 2nd line operational support and maintenance for end user devices, local applications, and meeting room technologies meet agreed service levels including VIP rapid response.
- Qualifications
- Either Bachelors Degree in Computing Sciences or relevant experience.
- ITIL certified above foundation.
