  • This is an exciting opportunity to join Arqiva as an IT Workplace Manager, responsible for the UK IT Workplace team in Digital Enterprise Platforms.
  • Key Accountabilities
  • Responsible for management, and support of 1600+ end users across 20+ UK sites, Northern Ireland, and Paris.
  • Ensure the 2nd line operational support and maintenance for end user devices, local applications, and meeting room technologies meet agreed service levels including VIP rapid response.
  • Qualifications
  • Either Bachelors Degree in Computing Sciences or relevant experience.
  • ITIL certified above foundation.
