Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Professional to join our team at Lane Clark & Peacock LLP. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR leader to drive strategic HR initiatives, lead HRIS development, and provide expert advice to business units.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead employee relations, organisational development initiatives, and People Leader upskilling programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the firm to foster a positive work environment.
  • Design and optimise the HRIS to ensure accurate HR data management and employee/partner self-service.
  • Create insightful HR dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics.
  • Support pay and benefits management, processes, and flexible benefits systems.
  • Explore and implement AI and automation solutions to enhance HR operations.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures according to business needs.
  • Lead HRIS and other HR-related projects.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable generalist HR experience with employee relations issues and employment legislation.
  • Experience with HRIS, reporting, and analytics is essential.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and attention to detail skills.
  • Team player with collaborative and motivational abilities.
  • Flexible, resilient, pragmatic, and discrete.
  • Comprehensive MS Office applications knowledge.
