In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing people, and ensuring staff development and prioritization of central support work.

  • You will handle all aspects of people management, including performance and absence management, and provide necessary training and guidance.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and annual summaries, maintaining an approachable demeanor for all team members.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Take an active role in team recruitment and collaborate with the London team for cross-location support.
  • Maintain accurate logs and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Oversee long-term task planning and progress monitoring.
  • Submit a weekly report to the management team and review timesheets before submission.
Key Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated, reliable, efficient, and eager to learn and contribute.
